Yesterday Kelsey, Kevin and I met with her HS guidance counselor for the last time to set her up for her senior year classes. That's when it hit me...this time next year she will be hearing from the colleges and universities she will be applying to and making her decision on where she will go. My first born is ready to go, she has big dreams and has worked very hard to set herself up to go anywhere she wants to go. The counselor told her yesterday that she should have no problem getting into any college or university she wants to pursue based on her grades, extracurricular activities etc. "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. " Jeremiah 29:11. Oh, how I cling to God's word and I am so thankful to know we have this assurance from Him. He already knows what college/university she will attend and has since before she was born... "All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be. "
