"Snowmaggedon" 2010

Take a look at some of our pictures from our epic snowfall. Started 2 weekends ago with about 10 inches or so over a 2 day event then a few days later we got about 6 inches. Then this weekend we got about 20 inches and of course our power was out for about 55 hrs. Thank the Lord and Kevin for our generator power. We survived even with Kevin out on the road - stuck in Puerto Rico of all places. Then we have just finished another round that dumped between 6 - 8 inches. Kevin was home for this one! Did not lose power but haven't had school for 2 weeks ( except last Thursday). So we are hoping for no more snow for a while. Ian's birthday is Saturday and Hannah has an all day volleyball tournament in Williamsburg Saturday. Also, Kevin is driving Kelsey down to Samford University on Saturday to interview for their Presidential Scholarship. Enjoy a few pictures of our snow!

Ian and Jacob clearing after the second round.
Kelsey and Ian contemplating the job ahead!
Hannah took her camera down to the stream to take this shot.

Blue sky peaking through!

Little birdhouse topped with snow.

Talking with Kevin on the phone..."Please come home soon and help us shovel!"

Ian and Jacob with their shovels.

The "teenagers" are brave enough to come out of their house but would only stay on the path I shoveled for them. They are a little afraid of all the snow.
