Work Week at Gaga's

After several weeks visiting with us in Virginia, Gaga needed to get back home to Alabama. She needed some help cleaning out her closets and some help with yard work. The girls and I drove her down and started the inside work. Many trips to the Christian Mission resulted from our closet cleaning. Aunt Candace was there to help too. Kevin and the boys arrived a week later. That's when the real work began! My kids (plus cousin Peyton) all pitched in and worked hard to help Gaga get her house and yards back in shape. 5 days later and tons of trash and fallen tree debris were removed from her property.  We worked hard and didn't even get to squeeze in beach time but no one complained. Guess they took Philippians 2:14 to heart! Do everything without complaining or arguing. They also are developing their servant hearts....Philippians 2:3-5 Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves. Each of you should look not only to your own interests but also to the interests of others.
Really, they didn't argue!
Reward for working hard all week = trip to the creek.
